Société de La Rassi Neue Brut Sparkling is a dealcoholized sparkling Chardonnay, created via the vacuum distillation dealcoholization method to remove the alcohol without taking out the flavor. With subtle hints of floral and minerality, combined with fresh, zesty citrus, Neue Brut utilizes Chardonnay grapes from a vineyard in La Mancha, Alcázar de San Juan, Spain, that has been producing grapes for Société de La Rassi for five generations. Although still categorized as non-alcoholic, Neue Brut contains trace amounts of alcohol, with a 0.5% ABV.

Wild Idol Non-Alcoholic Sparkling White is not a dealcoholized wine. Instead, Wild Idol harvests and presses Müller-Thurgau grapes in the same way as they would in the traditional winemaking process. However, they then allow the juice produced from the grapes to chill for up to 12 months, preventing fermentation. This fruit- and floral-forward wine is then fortified with fine, soft bubbles, resulting in a sparkling wine with an ABV of 0%.
